The last time I was on Zappos, I had a small problem using a code so I called their help line. I had the best over the phone experience I've had with anyone ever. She was more than willing to take the time to explain the check out process to me as well as product info.

I was introduced to Zappos last Christmas when my sis-in-law bought me a fabulous pair of boots from there. I love them!!

I use Wordpress too and for the most part I am very happy with them. I love all the plugins that are available for it. Great move. Your site looks great!
